Sheet Metal Materials Provided by HDC
HDC fabricates sheet metal parts with a wide range of materials. Based on the specific materials, the thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 12mm.
Available Steel Grades:
- Cold Rolled Steel: Q235、AISI 1008 (Thickness 0.5~3.0 mm)
- Hot Rolled Steel: Q235B、Q345B、A36、A572 (Thickness 1.5~12.0 mm)
- Galvanized Steel: Hot dip galvanized、electro galvanized (Thickness 0.6~2.5 mm)
Relatively cheaper for common grades, easy to bend or stamp, mainly used in chassis shells, brackets, and common structural parts. HDC provides steel sheets

More costly than normal steel, valued for its excellent corrosion resistance, often found in the food industry, medical equipment, and outdoor structure builds.

Aluminum and its alloys are a good choice where strength and lightweight are valuable. Additionally, aluminum is commonly cheaper than stainless steel, except for those high-performance grades. HDC provides commonly used aluminum sheets for the sheet metal parts.

Titanium is one of the most expensive metal materials used in consumer-grade products, typically $20 - 30 per KG in China. We fabricate titanium sheets using laser or water jet cutting with high precision.
Available Copper Grades:

- C11000 (Pure Copper, red copper)
- C28000 (Brass)
- C51000 (Bronze)
HDC provides rich grades of copper and its alloys for different applications. We process cooper with high precision stamping and bending to make electronic connectors and decorative accessories.

HDC provides brushed surfaces for الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ و الألومنيوم sheet metal parts. This finish is achieved through mechanical grinding, which creates straight-line textures and delivers a uniform matte appearance.

Powder coating is a universal and stable surface finish. HDC can control the coating thickness within 50-150μm for various applications. We recommend using it on فُولاَذ أو الألومنيوم parts.

Bead blasting can be applied to الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ, الألومنيوم، و التيتانيوم. It helps add a matte frosted texture and improves the tactile feel, and can also be used as a pre-treatment process before other surface treatments.

HDC provides standard anodizing and hard anodizing for الألومنيوم parts. Standard anodizing can achieve various colors, such as gold, blue, red, and black. The hard anodizing is only available in gray and black.

HDC offers pre-treated galvanized steel sheets, which can significantly shorten the production time. Additionally, hot-dip galvanized and electronic galvanized are available options for sheet metal parts.
