What We Forge
Forgeage en matrice fermée
Produces near-net-shape parts with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Ideal for complex geometries requiring tight tolerances and high production volumes.
Forgeage à matrice ouverte
Produces near-net-shape parts with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Ideal for complex geometries requiring tight tolerances and high production volumes.
Anneau roulant
Seamless rolled rings with superior grain structure and mechanical properties. Preferred for flanges, bearing races, and structural rings in aerospace and defense applications.
Forgeage perturbé
High-speed production of headed components, fasteners, and short-bodied parts. Excellent material utilization and consistent mechanical properties across large batches.

What Sets Our Forgings Apart
Net-shape forging reduces material waste by 30%+ compared to machining from billet. 100% dimensional inspection with CMM reports available.
ISO 9001, AS9100D, IATF 16949 certified. Every shipment includes mill certificates, dimensional reports, and third-party inspection reports on request.
We accept orders from 50 pcs. Sample tooling in 20–30 days. DDP, FOB, and EXW all available. Flexible production scheduling for urgent orders.
Every RFQ receives a complimentary Design for Manufacturability review. Our engineers identify issues before tooling — saving time and cost for both sides.
Results That Speak Clearly
Client required AS9100D-certified 7075-T6 forgings with complex internal geometry. Our DFM review reduced wall thickness by 18% without affecting structural integrity. Delivered 3 weeks ahead of original schedule.

Common Questions
Quels alliages d'aluminium proposez-vous ?
We stock and work with 6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024-T3, 5052-H32, and 6082-T6 as standard. Other alloys including 7068 and 2219 are available on request with slightly longer material lead times.
Quelle est votre quantité minimum de commande ?
For closed die forging, MOQ is 50 pieces. For open die and ring rolling, we accept single-piece orders. Prototype samples can be arranged from 1–5 pieces with standard tooling charges.
Fournissez-vous des certifications de matériaux ?
Yes. Mill certificates (chemical composition + mechanical properties) are included as standard. Third-party inspection reports (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) are available at additional cost.
What are your standard lead times?
Sample / first article: 20–30 days from drawing approval. Production runs: 45–60 days depending on volume. Expedited production available — contact us for specific timelines.
Can you work from our 3D CAD files?
Yes. We accept STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF drawings. For every new project we provide a free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review before tooling begins.
Do you handle NDA / confidential projects?
Absolutely. We can sign an NDA before reviewing any technical documentation. All customer drawings and project details are treated as strictly confidential by default.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your warehouse is available for most destinations in North America, Europe, and Australia.
What post-forging services are available?
We offer CNC machining, heat treatment, anodizing, hard anodizing, powder coating, shot blasting, and assembly — all in-house. We can deliver finished, ready-to-install parts.
