Tornitura CNC
HDC is capable of producing turning parts with a length of 2000mm and a diameter of 600mm.
Fresatura CNC
The maximum part that HDC can mill is up to 2000×1200×600 mm, and the tolerance is within ±0.005mm.

HDC uses 5 axis machining to process hard alloy with tight geometry and dimensional tolerance.
Stampa 3D
HDC prints aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium for complex curvatures, thin-walled parts.

Materiale
All types of commonly used materials are available at HDC. We source certified high-quality materials from reputable companies.
Acciaio
Most used material, cheap and versatile for most applications, more than 20 grades of steel available at HDC, including Q235, 1018, and 4140.
Acciaio inossidabile
Mainly divided into five types: Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, Duplex, and precipitation hardening stainless steel. HDC provides all types on demand.
Alluminio
Aluminum combines have a better strength-to-weight ratio, lower strength than steel, lighter than titanium. We offer 2000 series to 8000 series aluminum alloys.
Titainum
Titanium is much expensive and mainly used in high-end applications. From pure Gr 1 to the strongest Gr 8, you can get titanium that is most suitable for your projects at HDC.
Rame
Copper is widely used in making connectors and decorative parts. HDC provides copper mainly in its alloy form, such as brass(C26000, C36000) and bronze(C46400, C95400).
Superlega
Superalloys are high-temperature material systems that encompass nickel, cobalt, and iron-based alloys. Inconel, Hastelloy, and Monel are provided at HDC.

Choose from different types of finishes to add a layer of protection for your products.
Zincatura
Zinc plating is mostly used for steel parts, which protects them from corrosion. We offer two types of: hot-dip galvanizing and electro galvanizing.
Cromatura
Chrome plating can be applied to a variety of metals, providing a sleek, mirror-like surface and protecting metal parts in a moist environment.
Anodizzazione
Sulfuric acid anodizing can anodize aluminum with different colors. Hard anodizing offers excellent wear resistance, but only in black and gray colors.
Bead Blast
HDC uses bead blasting to remove minor surface burrs from metal parts, add a matte texture to finishe the parts or prepare for the final finishing process.
Power Coating
The powder coating provides a protective layer with excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and can last for over 10 years in outdoor environments.
Pittura
We paint metal parts in various colors. We provide different paints for different applications, such as high temperature resistance or insulation coating.
Lucidatura
All types of metals can be polished according to the customer’s requirements. Mainly Mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing, and vibratory polishing.
Come lavorato
CNC machined parts and investment casting parts can be used directly with an as-machined finish. HDC offers precision casting parts with Ra 3.2~6.3 μm.
Incisione laser
HDC uses laser engraving to etch logos, part numbers on metal parts. No matter a flat surface or a curved surface, we can achieve stable and clear engraving.
