What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
For existing molds, we have flexible MOQs. For fully custom volute designs requiring new tooling, a one-time mold fee applies, but we offer prototype sampling before moving to mass production.
How do I choose between SiMo Iron and Stainless Steel?
It depends on your EGT (Exhaust Gas Temp). SiMo Iron is cost-effective for daily drivers (up to 800°C), while our 1.4848 Cast Steel is essential for high-performance or racing setups exceeding 950°C to prevent housing cracks.
Do you offer different surface treatments for the housings?
Standard housing comes shot-blasted. For extreme heat, optional ceramic coating or high-temp paint reduces engine bay temps and improves looks.
