Sprocket by Application
We tailored the chainring for each vehicle type—fit, chain spec, and strength.
Kart Sprockets
Flat rear design, usually 219/428 chain, 60–85T. Lightweight for racing, large center bore for axle mount.
Bike Sprockets
Single-speed/BMX types, 1/8″ or 3/32″ pitch. 25–44 teeth common, supports spline or bolt mounting.
Motorcycle Sprockets
420/428/520/530 chain sizes, front & rear types. CNC-machined with custom offset, hole pattern, or thickness.
ATV Sprockets
428–530 pitch with thicker profiles for off-road use. Supports reinforced teeth, long-life coatings, and OEM fitment.
Sprockets by Teeth & Pitch
HDC supports standard chain sizes and custom tooth counts.
415 Chain
Common in e-bikes and mini motos. Lightweight, compact, 10–54 teeth typical.
420 Chain
For small motorcycles and karts. Compact, smooth, typically 13–50 teeth.
428 Chain
Used in mid-sized bikes and ATVs. Good strength-to-weight balance.
520 Chain
Popular in sport and racing motorcycles. Lightweight with high load capacity.
525 / 530 Chain
For large motorcycles and ATVs. Thicker profiles, strong for high torque.
Custom Tooth Count
10–60T or per your drawing. Precision-cut for chain and transmission fit.
Sprocket by Color
We offer durable, fade-resistant, and stylish anodized finishes with rich color.
Черный
Matte or gloss finish. A clean, stealthy look for all styles. Our most requested color for racing and custom builds.
Серебро
Raw anodized aluminum with a bright, clean tone. Matches well with both vintage and modern designs.
Синий
Cool and technical. Often chosen for sport or track use. Pairs well with polished or black components.
Красный
Vibrant and aggressive. Highlights speed and performance. Popular in motorsports and BMX builds.
Green
Fresh, bright tone ideal for youth or themed designs. Adds personality to casual and off-road setups.
Фиолетовый
Unique and vivid. A favorite for standout custom bikes. Creates contrast with silver or black parts.
Серый
Low-key and industrial. Offers a minimal and pro-grade feel. Ideal for heavy-duty or utility applications.
Custom Anodized
We support custom color batches on request. Send a Pantone code or color sample to match your brand.
Sprockets by Finish
HDC provides a variety of finishes to ensure Visual appeal, wear resistance, and protection.
Standard Anodized
Smooth color finish with basic corrosion resistance. Available in all standard color options.
Жесткий анодированный
Thicker surface layer for extreme wear and heat. Recommended for racing and heavy use.
Порошковое покрытие
Идеально подходит для агрессивных настроек или требований к установке на широкофюзеляжных автомобилях.
Полированный
Mirror-like finish for show bikes or branding. Also available with clear anodizing.
Sprockets by Design & Mounting
We can help you choose the structure that fits your build and use case.
Bolt-on
Most common type, easy to replace or upgrade. Supports standard bolt circles and patterns.
Spline Drive
Mounts directly onto crank or axle spline without bolts. Typical in BMX, MTB, and motorcycle front sprockets.
Lightweight Cutouts
Machined slots reduce weight, maintain strength. Great for racing and styling.
Sprockets by Material
Selecting the material that fits your performance and budget is essential for the whole project.
7075-T6 Алюминий
Our strongest aluminum—light, tough, race-proven. Perfect for high-load or high-speed builds.
6061-T6 Алюминий
Affordable and easy to machine with solid strength. Great for general use and custom one-offs.
Высокоуглеродистая сталь
Very durable with excellent wear resistance. Common for front sprockets and heavy-duty use.
Легированная сталь
Stronger and lighter than basic steel. Used when durability and weight both matter.
Mixed Materials
Aluminum core with steel teeth or inserts. Combines weight savings with long-term durability.
The 4 Key Factors When Custom Sprocket
A good sprocket starts with the right specs. Before you start your customization project, here are the 4 key factors you must understand.
1. Chain Pitch
Chain pitch is the distance between two adjacent chain pins (or rivets). It defines the size and spacing of the sprocket teeth.
Sprockets and chains must share the same pitch to mesh properly. Using the wrong pitch will cause skipping, wear, or total incompatibility. Pitch also impacts chain strength, speed, and weight.
Check your chain code—common ones include 420, 428, 520, 530. If you’re not sure, send us a photo or measure the distance between links (typically in 1/8 inch or mm). We’ll handle the rest.

2. Tooth Count
Tooth count is the number of teeth around the sprocket. It affects how fast or how powerful your vehicle feels.
Tooth count directly determines gear ratio. More teeth = more speed, less torque. Fewer teeth = more acceleration, less top-end speed. It also affects chain wrap, tension, and wear.
Decide if you want more torque (fewer teeth) or more speed (more teeth). Many riders choose 13–15T front and 40–50T rear for balance. You can also match your existing sprocket.
3. Material
Different materials wear differently. For example, 7075 aluminum is light and great for speed, but steel handles impact and load better. Choose wrong, and your sprocket may wear out too fast or add unnecessary weight.
For racing or lightweight builds, go with 7075-T6. For daily use or heavy loads, steel is more durable. If you want both lightness and longevity, try a hybrid: aluminum body, steel teeth.
4. Mounting Type & BCD
This defines how the sprocket is attached to your hub or axle. It includes center bore, keyway, bolt holes, and bolt circle diameter (BCD).
Even if the teeth match, the sprocket won’t fit unless the mounting matches. A misaligned bolt circle or incorrect bore will stop installation. Precision here is critical.
You can give us your hub specs, a drawing, or send an old sprocket. We support bolt-on, keyed, splined, or custom mounts. If your sprocket uses bolts, make sure to include the BCD.
