Почему стоит выбрать HDC Manufacturing?
We solve what slows your projects down.
True One-Stop-Shop
Investment casting, CNC machining, and surface finishing all covered by HDC. Single point of contact, single quality standard.
Lost-wax Casting Freedom
Investment casting reproduces complex organic geometries, fine details, and undercuts as single integral parts.
Custom-Friendly MOQ
Investment casting’s wax tooling is significantly cheaper than die casting dies, enabling economical low to mid-volume custom runs.
CNC-refined Critical Dimensions
Post-cast CNC machining holds ±0.05mm tolerances on functional surfaces — no field rework, no surprises.
Our Core Capabilities
From raw material to final products, all processes are under one quality control system.
Точное литье
The lost-wax process allows reproduction of intricate forms, fine surface detail, and undercut geometries impossible with conventional casting — ideal for decorative components where form and function coexist.
Обработка на станках с ЧПУ
Post-cast CNC machining refines critical mating surfaces, mounting holes, and functional geometries to engineering tolerance. The result is a decorative piece that also installs and performs precisely.
Обработка поверхности
Finish selection transforms a component from raw casting to statement piece. Our capabilities span electroplating, PVD, hand-polishing, chemical patination, and powder coating — matched to your design brief.

Step-by-Step Process
From concept to installed piece, HDC follows a proven process and works closely with you to get the parts done perfectly.
🔷 Design Review: Share your drawings or concept sketches. Our engineers review for castability, tolerance requirements, and finish compatibility.
🔷 Wax Pattern & Tooling: Lost-wax patterns are produced. Investment casting tooling is available in permanent metal molds or as 3D-printed wax patterns for prototypes and small runs.
🔷 Кастинг: Metal is poured into ceramic shell molds. Your chosen alloy — brass, bronze, stainless — is cast to near-net shape.
🔷 Обработка на станках с ЧПУ: Critical functional surfaces are CNC-machined to engineering tolerance. Threads, mounting holes, and mating faces are precision-refined.
🔷 Finish & Ship: Your specified surface treatment is applied in-house. Parts are inspected, individually packaged, and shipped project-ready.

Часто задаваемые вопросы
These are the questions that come up in almost every conversation — answered directly, without the jargon.
What's the minimum order quantity for a custom casting?
For investment casting, tooling costs are significantly lower than die casting, which makes small batches economical. For prototyping and sampling, single pieces are possible using 3D-printed wax or direct pour methods. MOQ varies by complexity and alloy — share your drawings and we’ll give you a precise number.
What alloys do you work with for decorative applications?
Our primary decorative alloys are brass (C360, C385), architectural bronze, and stainless steel (316L) — chosen for their casting quality, machinability, and compatibility with premium surface treatments. We also work with aluminium for lightweight components.
Can you match a finish to an existing hardware sample or specification?
Yes, this is something we do regularly for projects where existing hardware must be matched. Send us a physical sample or a finish specification sheet and our team will produce a sample panel for your approval before full production.
What lead time should I plan for from drawing approval to delivery?
Typical lead time from drawing approval to first-off samples is 4–6 weeks. Production runs following approved samples are typically 4–8 weeks depending on volume and finish complexity.
Do you offer samples or prototypes before committing to a production run?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend a sample approval stage for any new design. We produce a small batch (typically 3–5 pieces) of first-off samples for your review before committing to production tooling investment. Samples are priced at a premium over production unit cost but give you the opportunity to verify form, fit, finish, and installation before the project depends on them.
Can you work from sketches or concept images, or do you need CAD files?
We can work from both. CAD files (STEP, IGES, DXF) are preferred for precision work as they allow us to assess casting feasibility directly. However, if you’re at concept stage, detailed sketches, reference samples, or photographs with dimensions are a perfectly valid starting point. Our engineering team will model the part and send back a 3D drawing for your approval before proceeding.
