Valve Body by Type

Whatever type of valve body you need, we can cast it with precision to ensure smooth fluid flow and reliable operation.

Gate Valve

Simple and efficient switch control, with almost no pressure loss when fully open.

Globe Valve

Precise flow regulation, excellent sealing performance, tight closure and stable control.

Ball Valve

Easy to quick opening and closing with a quarter-turn, ensuring a smooth flow path and reliable sealing.

Check Valve

Automatically prevents media backflow, whether swing or lift type, always dependable.

Plug Valve

Built to handle harsh media like slurries, particles, or viscous fluids. Simple in design, reliable in service.

Valve Body by Material

Different working conditions require different materials. We match the most suitable alloy to your pressure, temperature, and environment.

Stainless Steel Valve

Rust-resistant and durable, strong applicability, which enables valves can easily cope with water and general chemical media.

Carbon Steel Valve

High-strength and affordable, valves made of carbon steel are capable of transmitting oil, steam, and natural gas.

how to choose the right casting valve

How to Choose the Right Valve? A Simple, Practical Guide

Choosing valves can sometimes be overwhelming, but by focusing on a few key points, you can make a clear and correct decision. Just like selecting tools, there is no “best” valve—only the valve that is “most suitable” for your specific operating conditions.

We typically recommend thinking through the following three steps:

The type of fluid determines what materials your valve should be made of. Start by asking yourself:

  • General fluids(Water, air, oil, or steam):  Standard materials like cast iron, carbon steel, or 304 stainless steel usually work well with them. The main consideration here is cost and practicality.
  • Corrosive fluids(acids, bases, or chemical solvents):  In these cases, focus on corrosion-resistant materials like 316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, or high-end nickel-based alloys (e.g., Hastelloy).
  • Extreme fluids(Slurry with abrasive particles or extreme-heat steam): These fluids can cause severe wear or thermal stress. Look for materials and production processes designed for high abrasion or high temperature.
  • High-purity / sensitive fluids( food, pharmaceuticals, ultrapure water, or specialty gases in semiconductor applications): Here, the valve must not contaminate the fluid. High-grade stainless steel with special surface treatments (e.g., electropolishing) ensures smooth surfaces and zero residue.

In short: pick the right material first. The right material lays the foundation for valve longevity.

Once you’ve chosen the material, select the valve type based on the function you need:

  • Need precise flow control? → Consider a Globe Valve.
  • Only need fully open or fully closed with minimal pressure drop? → Consider a Gate Valve.
  • Require fast opening/closing or need to prevent backflow? → Consider a Check Valve.
  • Need to switch flow between multiple pipelines? → This is where a Diverter (Four-way) Valve comes in.

Finally, confirm a few simple numbers to make sure the valve fits seamlessly into your system:

  • Pressure: What’s the maximum system pressure?
  • Temperature: What’s the maximum fluid temperature?
  • Connection: Is it flange, threaded, or another connection type?

Following this simple process will help you speak the same language as professional valve engineers and quickly find the valve that truly fits your needs.
