Design Assistance: If you’re in the conceptual stage, without specific product specifications or design drawings, we’re here to help. We’ll assist in finalizing the precise product dimensions and details, collaborating closely with our creative production design team to provide you with detailed design drawings.
Prototyping Service: We offer the creation of precise prototypes, allowing you to evaluate the physical appearance, details, and quality of the product firsthand. Please note that personalized products, especially those requiring casting and forging processes, may incur additional costs for prototype development.
Design Changes: For immediate design adjustments or to customize products, please reach out to us. We guarantee a prompt response to your inquiries.
After-Sales Service: We are dedicated to maintaining ongoing communication with you and providing continuous, responsive after-sales support.

Customization Support Provide By HDC

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The MOQ for customized products varies based on the type, size, and complexity of the manufacturing process. We encourage you to contact our sales team for the specific MOQ tailored to your project needs.
Delivery Timeline: The expected delivery date will be established in consultation with you at the time of order placement, ensuring clarity and alignment on timelines.
Deposit and Balance Payment: To initiate your customization project, we require a deposit, typically 30% of the total order value, upon order confirmation. This deposit ensures the smooth progression of your project. The balance, including any shipping fees, is due prior to the final product delivery, following the completion of production.
Shipping Options: We offer both sea freight and air freight options to best match your delivery needs and preferences.
Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including L/C (Letter of Credit), D/P (Documents Against Payment), Wire Transfer, and Paypal. This flexibility allows you to choose the method that best suits your financial planning and project timeline.
