forged step shaft 2

Forged Step Shafts

Step shafts with varied-diameter steps optimize power transmission for gears and bearings. HDC Manufacturing ensures fillet continuity via precision forging.

forged hollow shaft

Forged Hollow Shafts

Hollow shafts are widely used in the aerospace industry. By deep hole drilling, HDC Manufacturing ensures high coaxiality and uniform wall thickness, resulting in lighter weight and stable rigidity.

forged flange shaft

Forged Flanged Shafts

Flanged shafts serve in marine propulsion systems and heavy-duty generator sets. Through precision forging, we achieve integral molding, thereby avoiding welding problems and improving structural strength.

forged eccentric shaft

Forged Eccentric Shafts

Forged eccentric shafts are widely used in presses and pumping systems. Forged eccentric shafts manufactured by HDC Manufacturing exhibit strong fatigue resistance even under offset loads.

forged spline shaft

Forged Spline Shafts

Forged spline shafts find application in gearboxes and steering structures. By forging, precision machining, and surface hardening, HDC Manufacturing can meet your design tolerances and improve the wear resistance of key teeth.

forged crankshaft

Forged Crankshafts

Forged crankshafts play a key role in reciprocating machinery, including internal combustion engines and compressors.HDC Manufacturing forges complex custom crankshafts that withstand frequent, high-intensity cyclic loads.

FAQs

Do you supply standard forged shafts?

No, HDC Manufacturing is focusing on providing custom metal forging solutions to customers. Standard products are not supplied.

Forged shafts are stronger and last longer in tough conditions. Cast shafts are cheaper and fine for stock applications. If the application involves high RPM, heavy loads, or high torque, forged is the better option.

Forged shafts are used in demanding applications like heavy machinery, automotive drivetrains, wind turbines, and industrial gearboxes—wherever high torque, heavy loads, and reliability matter most.

Lead time depends on shaft type, size, and quantity. Small to medium batches typically ship within 4–6 weeks. We provide detailed lead time estimates with each quote.
